Welcome to the Members Registration Area

Members’ quarterly data registration is now required to be completed for the:

1. 2nd Quarter of 2008 (i.e. 1st April to 30th June 08). 
2. The deadline to complete this quarterly submission is 15th July 2008.

It is a legal requirement of the Environment Agency that the Producer enters this data, even though much of this may already be known by B2B Compliance.  Only Key contacts (as the delegated responsible person within your organisation), have been setup to access the site and participate in this process to avoid duplication of entry.

To log into the site, you are required to enter your following details:

1. email address and
2. Membership Number to identify yourself.  The Membership Number consists of a 7 digit number and was included on the membership-confirmation letter sent to all members when we returned the countersigned copy of the Membership Agreement contract. 
3. Upon logging into the site, you will be asked to confirm you are authorised to complete this process on behalf of your company.  (This is required by the Authorities)

Once you have begun this data registration process, you will be able to return to the form (e.g. the next day) to further edit information until you finally submit your data (by clicking on “Final Submission”).  However we do ask that you complete and submit the required information by the required deadline 15th July 2008.

Please note:  It is vital that you click on the “Final Submission” button when you are happy with the EEE data that you have entered.

The requirements of the Environment Agency have determined the nature of this Online Registration Form. It is in a format that enables you to register and submit the required information to B2B Compliance and downloads all the data in the format dictated by the Agency.

Key contacts of multiple companies (that have joined as part of a group) will have to complete this process for each subsidiary member company which is a legal entity in its own right, or delegate to a responsible person within each company (please note that your email address as the key contact for the company, will need to be used to log in).

The Registration site will be offline at the end of each quarter, to allow for preparation of the site for the next quarterly EEE data registration.  The site will also appear offline after the deadline, to allow for the data to be processed into the required format for submission to the Authorities.
