Your EEE submission for the 4th Quarter of 2009 (i.e. 1st October to 31st December 09) is now due. The Deadline for completion is 15th January 2010.
Important Changes to EEE reporting in 2010
Quarterly EEE reporting of business to business (B2B) EEE is changing to annual reporting for the 2010 Compliance Period onwards. Producers who place EEE onto the market in the B2B sector during 2010 will report any EEE data for the whole of the 2010 Compliance Period in January 2011.
Please complete the ‘Note box’ in section 4 to record how you collate the required data and any other relevant information to assist a new contact should roles change within your company during the year. Alternatively email a summary to member@b2bcompliance.org.uk to be retained on your record. Please keep us updated with any key contact changes.
EEE reporting for the business to consumer sector (B2C) is NOT changing to annual reporting, it remains quarterly. Login
To log into the site, you will require:
Key contact email address
Membership Number
It is a legal requirement that Producers submit this data. Only Key contacts (the delegated responsible person within your organisation) have been setup to access the site to avoid duplication of entry.
Once logged onto to the site you will be asked to confirm that you are authorised to complete this process on behalf of your company (this is required by the Environment Agency).
Once you have begun the data registration process, Members are able to return to the form (e.g. the next day) to edit or enter additional information.
Important: It is vital that you click on the “Final Submission” button when you have completed all required sections and are satisfied with the EEE data you have entered. Your data registration process is then complete.

The Registration site will be offline after the deadline, to allow for the data to be processed into the required format for submission to the Environment Agency.
