Welcome to the Members Registration Area
Members’ quarterly data registration is now required to be completed for the:

2nd Quarter of 2009 (i.e. 1st April to 30th June 09).
- The deadline to complete this quarterly submission is 15th July 2009
.
It is a legal requirement that Producers submit this data. Only Key contacts (the delegated responsible person within your organisation) have been setup to access the site and participate in this process to avoid duplication of entry.
Login
To log into the site, you will require:
- Key contact email address; and
- Membership Number. The Membership Number consists of a 7 digit number and was included on the membership confirmation letter sent to all members when we returned the countersigned copy of the Membership Agreement contract.
Upon logging into the site, you will be asked to confirm that you are authorised to complete this process on behalf of your company (This is required by the Authorities). Once you have begun the data registration process, Members are able to return to the form (e.g. the next day) to edit or enter additional information.
Only once all 4 sections have been completed and the Final Submission button has been clicked, will the data registration process be complete.
Please note: It is vital that you click on the “Final Submission” button when you are satisfied with the EEE data you have entered.

Please note: The requirements of the Environment Agency have determined the nature of this Online Registration Form. It is in a format that enables you to register and submit the required information to B2B Compliance and allows the data to be downloaded in the format dictated by the Agency.

The Registration site will be offline at the end of each quarter, to allow for preparation of the site for the next quarterly EEE data registration. The site will also appear offline after the deadline, to allow for the data to be processed into the required format for submission to the Authorities.
